Cancellation Policy

Al Rahim Remedies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has some of the liberal cancellation.

• • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors, merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
• • No cancellation of order will be placed if the process of shipping is on the same day of delivery.
• • In case of damaged or defect products do not worry, if you find delivery of the product that you received is in damaged condition immediately notify to our customer care team in our help line number or in our website, we will refund or send a replacement product depending on your preferences after the necessary verification.
• • In case of different product dispatched, do not worry if upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our customer care team or our website. We will refund or send a replacement product depending on your preference. Contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned with the products.
• • In case of Complaints regarding products that come with the warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to our company.
